Even though it’s still a young company, DataDiggers’ management is one of the most experienced in the online market research industry, counting more than 21 years of total experience in sales and business development at highest levels, working for and with some of the largest market research buyers worldwide, building successful teams and inventing efficient ways to help them stay ahead of others.
Our management has been around since the earliest stages of the industry, learning all the ins and outs and overseeing the development of the most important online market research players today. We are very proud of our achievements so far and all the people who led us here.
March 18th, 2015 is the day we were officially born. We started out with a small service, without a clear perspective of what's going to happen or which clients to focus on first. We only had one thing in mind: we CAN do it better - faster, more cost effective, less troublesome for clients and, most of all, much more flexible.
It didn't take long until first important clients showed up. Late 2015 we received recognition by attracting large clients like GfK, Survey Sampling International or Toluna, among others. At the same time we became Esomar members.
first employees and ... a new office
Early 2016 brought us the first employees and a new office in the most wanted business area of Bucharest, Romania. And that adds up to the continuous aquisition of new strategic clients, such as Ipsos Interactive Services, GfK Germany or YouGov UK.
starting the online panel building process
May 2016 is the starting point for our panel building activity, beginning with several key Eastern European countries and steadily moving toward other continents. By the end of 2016 we managed to get over 15,000 double opt-in panel members registered per country in the strategic markets of Turkey, Poland, Greece, Hungary and Romania, with neighboring Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Serbia closely following in their footsteps. At the same time we started recruitment in Western Europe - Italy and Spain, Africa - Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa, as well as Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. Our goal is to become the #1 panel company in the world in terms of capability, flexibility and service quality, so we will continuously invest in growing our panel reach all over the world.
